Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers

Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers

Posted on: by Hello

Join Jambo on 12th – 13th February, 2015 and 7th – 8th May, 2015 for Functional Anatomy for Yoga Teachers at Hot Power Yoga, Clapham.

This 2 day experiential learning course on the functional anatomy that all yoga teachers should know focuses on the structural muscles that protect the spine and hold the skeleton in place.

These structural muscles are held lazily in modern day living, underworked in most of our physical activity yet have a huge relationship to the nervous system and functional movement.

Expect to be able to palpate key muscles, feel them in poses, muscles test them, activate and improve flexibility of them.

12th – 13th February - £230 - book here
7th – 8th May - £230 book here
