When it comes to this months crow pose, check in with how many long, slow and deep breatsh you can hold the pose for. At the start of your tracking post #goldencrow with the number of breaths you held the pose for, ie #goldencrow 2 
At the end of the month let us know how many breaths you manged!
Spend no more than 10 long slow deep breaths, this should average around 2mins at 5 breaths per min, this is actually a great way to work on improving your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) which is something the Jambo Yoga team are currently focusing on using as a marker to control the autonomic nervous system.
